I chose a custom colour and the process was surprisingly smooth—they sent me a fit shoe first to confirm sizing, which made me feel confident before they made the actual pair. The velvet texture feels lovely and the colour turned out exactly as I hoped.

I went with the midnight velvet and the colour is so rich in person. Having them made to order meant I could pick my exact shade instead of settling for whatever was on the shelf.

The sizing test pair they send first is such a smart touch, mine fit perfectly on the second try. The black velvet has this deep sheen that photos really don't capture.
