The leather sample they sent had such a rich texture, it made choosing the final color surprisingly easy. Having the size confirm shoes mailed first removed all my worry about fit, and the finished boots feel perfectly custom.

The swatch selection process made me feel totally in control of the final look, and the shoes themselves fit like they were made just for me. I chose a deep burgundy leather and the color is even richer in person.
