The leather sole is surprisingly grippy on polished floors, which gave me confidence dancing at my wedding. The padding underfoot meant I could stand for hours during photos without any real pain.

I was nervous about how the satin would hold up during the ceremony, but the Italian silk really does look elegant even after hours of wear. The leather sole gives a nice, secure grip on the dance floor, which I wasn’t expecting from such a delicate-looking heel.

The padding under the foot made it through six hours of standing at my reception without any aching. Satin has a lovely soft sheen in person that photos don't quite capture. The block heel kept me steady on grass too.
